How Devolity handles reports of abuse on services we host or manage.
1. Reporting Abuse
Report suspected abuse to [email protected] with relevant URLs, timestamps, log excerpts, and contact information.
We investigate all credible reports promptly and typically respond within 24–48 hours.
2. Prohibited Activities
- Spam and unsolicited bulk email
- Phishing, fraud, and identity theft
- Malware distribution and botnet command infrastructure
- Copyright and trademark infringement
- Illegal content under applicable law
- Network attacks originating from hosted resources
3. Our Response
Depending on severity, we may warn the account holder, require remediation, suspend services, or terminate accounts. Law enforcement may be notified for criminal activity.
